The second most important point. Assuming anyone's bloody listening. Its important.

And whilest it took 2 months for the patents court (a name I've coined because I can't recall the correct name of the place that judged the challenge against that American company that wanted to own the use of the words UG UGG and UGH for the sale of Ug Boots....the point I'm making is....

when the decision was finally made, the TV program (last night) said that the written decision was strongly of the opinion that the the use of the words UG UGG & UGH was generic and should not have been granted to the ugly Americans (USA).

In other words, even when the arguments in a case are patently obvious, even overwhelming so and convincing, such cases can still take 2 months to decide.

I parallel the decision being awaited by CAZ in the Warden's court as an example.

In other words, lets say CAZ has a strong case to that the Warden's court grant it the changes sought by CAZ and some of us might wish this. The time it takes for a decision doesn't (IMHO) necessarily have anything to do with the strengths of one side's arguments verses the other's.

Unless of course, I don't know what I'm talking about. Or we lived in the USA.
