That's a great summary Pier!
I think a lot of the angst is as a result of the expectation/hope that the NASDAQ listing will proceed and some serious increase in the SP will occur.
Reading your summary has given me renewed hope for this and should possibly do similar for others who have some doubts or uncertainties.
