PAB is too small to go all the way to produce drug and sell it in the market. It will need a BIG pharma deal sooner or later. Given the deal with Onyx my take is if the combined drugs work effectively Onyx will make a move to buy out PAB. Looking at recent M&A in the very space and amount offered for it I think there is a good chance for PAB to get similar deal and in that case current MC looks tiny. This is a LT Hold now. M&A numbers speaks for itself.
