Having said that, I fully buy into Robin's vision of EnviroSuite as the future of this business. It's clearly a bold move, but I think it's the right way to go to take this company to 10x.
I'm hoping the unspoken narrative is that the existing board & Murray wanted to stick with the safer services business that they knew off by heart and avoid risk, and well... here we are. A founder like this can be a plague or a blessing, but in this case, Robin has the vision we need IMO, and if the board is getting in the way of the transition this is the best outcome for everyone.
Once PEH relaunches as EnviroSuite Ltd and sales start to ramp up, we can go about reestablishing the board with names that align more closely with the new direction of the company and bring the type of experience we need.
