CCC is not making any money in real term so share buyback is corporate mis management also share buyback can only happen if ccc have cash we all know how much cash CCC have LOL

BTW the main rule says board or company can only buy back share from funds which can be distributed to its share holders IMO CCC does not have any such funds so my understanding is its against corporate law in australia

also buying back overvalued stock like CCC especially with lots of debt will is destroying shareholder value will not allow this if not every company will borrow funds and buy share of the market to increase the price
