Do you realise ozgem if you get your shares @ 9.5 cents that UNS will probably be insolvent. May even have to declare it. Back to that market capital to long term debt thing (shareholders already have MINUS 129% equity) and UNS still need more cash....from where and who will lend it at today's cdi price ? But your right IMO, AS isn't the man for the job now. glta
