The only reason I can see for not going into a halt is that Al is laying a sneaky trap for the shorts. Sucker them in for one last shot, then BAM!!!!!

Didn't say it was a rational reason, just a reason.

It's fair to say that most companies in these situations go into halt until business is in order. But here we are drifting (plummeting) lower. Why no halt? Curious indeed.
