Love the interview with Blake. He hits it out of the park by addressing the 2 biggest issues to the milk industry's eroding market - plant based drinks (NOT plant based milks - soybeans don't lactate) and lack of innovation.

Addressing A2 milk's advantages over plant-based drinks

Addressing the lack of innovation in the milk industry:
#2 - "...Fundamentally here's what's happening, you've got a dairy industry that is, you know, $13 billion dollars, its 6 times as big as this plant-based industry and it hasn't had much innovation for many, many years. As a result, its been declining and the only way out of declining commodity categories is innovation - and that's what we're bringing to the fold..."
