I think it's a matter of taste. I ordered some from Australia (ebay of course) based on your high recommendation, but was quite underwhelmed. I can smell a distinctly unpleasant "after odor" after each sip of coffee. I think it is because of the soy lecithin added to improve solubility and prevent clumping. I'm glad you like it, but I will not be ordering it again. I sent them an email asking for small single cup dispensers of half and half like Land O Lakes Mini Moos.
