Let me get this straight. One of our biggest competitors, Nestle, is going to help A2M's USA expansion by advertising the A2 health proposition for us?

IMO Nestle/Gerber are kicking a major own goal here...

If they are successful in persuading more customers to the A2 proposition, why would any of their customers continue to buy any of their (mostly) A1 product offerings? All these companies offering A1/A2 and A2-only products are inherently conflicted. So they are doing advertising for us without having the capacity to really capitalise on it.

Meanwhile, there is a lot of heavy lifting (e.g. marketing costs) involved to raise consumer awareness about A2 products. The A2M strategy has been gradually expanding fresh milk supply, distribution and sales before eventually considering any IF move. It would have made little sense to launch an IF product just yet as the marketing requirements would have been too expensive. Now it appears Nestle/Gerber will prime the market for us, by turning their own customer base into potential A2M consumers. In a few years when A2M IF launches it will be much easier for us.
