Correct, that's what I noticed. It seems they've had long enough to test the creamer products in the market and their research is telling them that a half-and-half product would perform better.

I get how people could put a negative spin on it. However, that is actually the kind of approach I would rather see - try something out and then adapt as needed. Seems like they see some genuine potential there, for the coffee drinkers etc., or else they would not have bothered replacing the creamers with half-and-half.

The more important thing to me that they are listening to what the market is telling them and still actively looking at ways to branch off from fresh milk as they become more established presence in that space. After all, lacking adaptabillity is exactly what got them creamed in the ANZ market.
