Good luck penetrating American dairy market. Super saturated. Possible, but not as likely as other markets. American dairy is a beast. A2 can differentiate, but they really need to sell it. In Asian markets there is less to sell as the majority of the populations are lactose intolerant. The best approach here in US is like werdplayer says IMO, try stuff out and see if it sticks. Don't overcommit, and ramp up things that succeed.
