NWH is clearly a stock that is out of favour currently. No doubt the mining services segment isn't winning any popularity contests, and this may be impacting NWH share price but I also perceive that the recent acquisitions and associated share dilution hasn't helped. As yet the market hasn't been a fan of the acquisitions, which for sure have diversified the business. but also possibly diluted it from an EPS point of view in the short term.
I think it is time for a year of consolidation and execution and organic growth and focus. With no acquisition distractions, and a humming mining and infrastructure sector, NWH should be able to achieve stellar performance in 2021/22. When they do that, the days of $2 share price will be long gone.
They remain one of my biggest holdings, and I topped up recently as well.
