There is nothing that small shareholders or Portman can do about it - this is a done deal. I think they are now waiting for something to happen so that they can be taken over - that's the only explanation for this share price and lack of activity - it's clearly been placed in a "to-do-later" draw. And notice the lack of buyers now that the in specie distribution has been announced - this is to discourage speculators from driving the price up and selling on the X day.

"Something to happen" could be the start of FAS production or the upcoming float of Classic Minerals.

Of course, I personally believe in the conspiracy theory that they are illegally shipping ore to China as we speak, through another company that has legitimate mining operations in the area. How else do we explain tens of millions of dollars spent on drilling over the last 2 years and nothing to show for it.
