I believe things will improve. I am very keen to explore the possibility of a class action against whoever orchestrated the discovery fund fiasco. Nothing would please me more that if proven negligenc was to blame for the loss to shareholders than a form of compensation be forthcoming. Any ideas of who to turn to and under what jurisdiction this may fall under. Tried calling Erin brockavitch but she told me better call Saul. Seriously though this in my eyes was not a simple default. It appears it was a shifting of funds from the company to the caymans and we the shareholders paid for it. If we don't act no one else will. So please anyone with any experience in this please respond.
