Time for action, page-2

I just received a response from the ASX to my complaint, not very useful really but the keys points in the response were as follows:

1. DFM was suspended prior to them not paying the annual listing fees
2. DFM paid its annual listing fees on 23 September
3. DFM securities from suspended because:
a) it's half year report for the period ending 30 June 2019 has not been lodged
b) it is yet to provide satisfactory responses to ASX in connection to the circumstances leading to the resignations of 4 out of 5 directors, the CEO and company secretary
c) it has yet to appoint sufficient Australian based directors
