    Shareholders entrust their funds to Company Directors and Senior Management to look after their interests and naturally grow the business and hence its profitability and market capitalisation ... When this is not achieved for whatever reason and things are going backwards....Guess what???...ITS TIME FOR THEM TO GO!!!!!
