if that is so, what purpose is the plan for a Permanent Disposal Facility - something I kept hearing about when the TOL was issued - and was a requirement for Lynas to submit 10 months from issuance of TOL.
residue is either going to be turned into a commercial product, and then accepted for domestic (Msia) consumption, or exported if not,
OR if commercialisation fails, LYNAS is going to send it overseas.
