thats right, LYC dont produce REE yet and have sales agreements in place, thats crap that they cant have sales agreements for the waste, of course they can... Give it to Kenya for roads or something, for free then.. Put this to bed. A sales agreement will go along way to shut this SMSL crap done. this is what is needed to sure up the situation...
