If shareholder haven't lodged their proxies online they need to realize time is running out to do so (proxies must be received by Monday 24th November) (AGM Wednesday 26th November). I believe shareholders are justified in voting against all 3 resolutions given the cash burn currently happening. Whilst most shareholders will most likely never recover their invested funds they are entitle to express their dissatifaction with what has happened since the change of directors.
