Time for an announcement

The time has come Cedric for a progress announcement.

Some points which need to be clarified by an official ASX announcement are -

What is the progress of the phase one plant regarding production.
What stage of fulfillment are the existing Purchase Orders at.
What progress has been made regarding the Phase Two plant.

It`s fair enough not to be able to report on Purchase Orders which you are still trying to secure but the time has come for you to convince me not to vote 6 no`s at the Annual General Meeting.

I`m disgusted with the current share price and even more disgusted with the level of dilution which has been going on.
I will be making my voting decisions by close of business Tuesday, so you have 2 days to sway my decision.

I urge other share holders to give some serious thought about this.
