Not often I disagree with your posts but I think the announcement is really quite informative. I agree it doesn't tell you the progress with the phase 1 operations and purchase orders/sales which it could have explained. What it does tell you was that even though 10000 tons was the target, it was not a definite requirement of the Magna agreement agreement. It does tell you that NSL doesn't need all the money it could have drawn down ( a good thing in my view) and most importantly is states that COMMISSIONING of the phase 2 plant is expected April - June 2016. My understanding of that statement is that delivery and construction will be complete by that time.
