The announcement was poorly worded and emphasized a lot of what was already known or "expected".
It did however provide some deadlines and showed that by Q2 2016 we should see some fireworks. Hopefully, in the meantime there will be some unexpected positive announcements by way of other POs & maybe even additional aquisitions that will create even more excitement for this stock.
