Frankly, it doesn't make sense to me. If you assume that OGX is going to dive deeper into CNs then it will be logical to assume a further price fall, as it will mean that we are far from reaching a positive cashflow level as otherwise we won't be needing more of those expensive Magna's money (and further dilution). Why are you buying more now then, not later?
