I remember talking to Kevin back then when it was dragging on and asked if a JV was being considered as an alternative and he was quite adamant that they wanted to avoid going down that path if they could .
The collapse of the deal with FRL would be explained by Kevin to anyone who bothered to ask , the deal we have now is in my view brilliant , not perfect , but the best a company in the position FAS are in could possible hope for.
To think every thing is just going to run smoothly is asking a lot, it's taking time, progress has been made and as i see it everything is in place ready to go .. Very soon..
