I am still confused by resolution 2 - issue to a cornerstone investor. If UG is right and it MUST be a loan then what is this issue for? Surely either resolution 1 OR resolution 2 is enough?

I wonder if the price will remain suppressed until the meeting, then the issue will be in the 2.1-2.2 cent range, raising $3m.

You would think this would help debt but that is cleared by the alliance deal.
