What I mean by this is that some major shareholders are getting out, on the other hand you have others like MVT (Sir Ron Breirly) buying up. The question will be what will MVT do with the shell ie sit on it and not wind up waiting for an opportunity to utilise the cash elsewhere or will he be interested in winding up get the cash out and redeploy it elsewhere.

There is a lot of things that can happen between now and the proposed date of winding up.
