    EGM in May now, nice for them to update the market a month after the EGM was supposed to occur. Is martin to busy with his other companies to care about LOD? It really has been poor management of late. Not alot of cash in the kitty either, so another cap raising before to long further dilution after the 100% dilution. Good luck to holders
