The "expert" could bring in the hottest crypto or bc deal since Satoshi was a boy but it'll be either completely ignored or shat on by the market we're in atm. Serious decision to be made now, whether to go a different tech subsector altogether, such as AI, or even a medtech or MM business. For any acquisition of substance (not just a % earn-in) the risk of suspension grows as the S3R mc falls and change in substantial scale element comes into play. Obviously means much more dilution too when a deal/CR combo is struck. Hard to solely blame mgmt here, given the plight of all tech shell peers; TTL, OOK, ZIP, FGF etc
