Given that the last substantial shareholder notice was given about one month ago and during this month, someone has been definitely guiding the share price, it won't surprise me if another big institution is accumulating.
Perhaps we need to wait until early June when the share price can break free of the iron grip of these big insitutions as the environmental approval, Mbalam Convention etc are secured.

In the meantime, we should thank the big institutions, PIGS etc to create another chance for us to accumulate at such a low price.
