In recent months, Genner and others have announced DI changes on the following dates:
June 10th
May 18th
May 5th
April 20th
April 4th
Presumambly the directors will attempt to "fill their boots" once more prior to confirmation of "the deal"? In my opinion, the 9 June announcement should provide sufficient protection to directors wanting to "chip up". If I am right, we may expect to see a change in directors holdings in the coming days, particularly given their recent month's buying pattern (if their is one?).
