no, charts to factor in market forces, which are always immediate.
nothing goes from 24c to $4 in a straight line, as much as you probably would like it to.
and generally, many fundamental changes happen along the way. so using FA to determine a SP valuation in 2 years time is just as naive as using charting to determine the same, and will generally lead to disappointment
