Yes Mitis the bsnkers would have applied their own pricing.

I generally do the opposite of bankers though - when they do not finance or worse pull finance from a certain industry it is time to get in and when the bankers are up to their gunnels its time to get out.

I'm really 50/50 on IO - we all know supply is going to surge but so will demand but probably not to the same extent. There is plenty of reading material on IO projections but if we all knew where the price would be in years to come we would all be billionaires.

I really like RHM and had been in way back.
