i think there might be a few hoops to jump through in order to cement in the financing - finalizing certain permits etc.

there will also be some cost reduction exercises before accepting any offers and terms.

and there may still be a cap raise of some description for working capital (translation: to scratch the backs of those who helped make this all happen).

but ultimately, yes, by early next year we might see the company begin construction.
