The Company continues to work towards its goal of commencement of construction in 2020 and generatingelectricity by mid-2021. It is anticipated that the other initial 2-3 project sites will commence constructioneither alongside Alberta 1 or be staggered shortly thereafter.

That is only two years away folks, yes it seems like a long time but to go from site acquisition to generating power (and subsequent recurring revenues) means 1.2c looks very cheap on a risk/reward adjusted basis.

The market is forward looking so as (and if!) the milestones start getting ticked off in the next 6-12 months the market will start pricing in these future revenues so a potential re-rate may not be too far away assuming they keep making good progress.
