You may be right this time jc. However, I personally think that it is only a matter of time before NEU has a major run. With such a low market cap (approx A$14m at 4c), funding in place from the same group who fund PRR, and the US Army being a stakeholder providing NEU with a US$14m grant, one would expect something to give eventually. Look out when it does. The US Army are not going to give NEU such a large amount of money without being very satisfied that the technology and the management are of a high standard. Companies in the US who get such funding do not stay so cheap for very long.
