Check out the website. Nothing on the site or the reports about who these people are or where they are located. How did they get access to the contracts?
Smells like dirty games being played and by people seeking to rig the market - and unable to tell if it's short-sellers or someone or a group pushing the Chinese Zijin (Jin Cheng) narrative!
Does everything that involves making big money have to be infected with corruption!?
ASIC needs to get off its @rse and start looking after Australian shareholders as this certainly appears to cross the line if that group is publishing information/views that are currently being arbitrated in the courts and short selling to gain. But here we get into jurisdiction issues into how do they prosecute parties located overseas which they are likely to be given the anonymity in their research and website. Just gutless and potentially criminal if they are linked to Jin Cheng.
Who are you Boatman Capital and what is your interest in AVZ securities and do you have any links to parties involved with this project?
