    Legin, more like 'Smoke & Mirrors' it's only from said recording of the meeting that the perceived real intent of resolution 5 and the preceding resolutions(giving a further 15%) was for the satisfaction of Mashala IMO let alone keeping the HoldCo solvent.

    ... more misrepresentation ???
