would be refugees !!... all that means is that due to them destorying or simply having no paper indentification, and them appealing to the High Court of Australia on tax payers money, in the end they maybe allowed to stay in Australia on pure humanitarian grounds, as it is impossible to prove who they really are. Just the way they like it !!

In the end they can not say they are refugee's in fear of their lives, as they have already passed through safe countries on their way to the great and giving Australian tax payers money tree that they are looking to milk...
...they are ECONOMIC refugees....

Why do they not seek refugee status in Indonesia or Malaysia... ??
