2. In fact, I am also stunned that neither the ASX nor ASIC have stepped in here yet.
3. Retail shareholders own the majority of the free float, but as always, often stand idly by, assuming they have no say in the company's running.
4. There is no point in speculating what's happened here, but quite clearly, the value destruction has been quick, intense and unforgiving.
5. And. where is Dusko and the Board? Where is the Chair? Too busy with other Boards to give RDN the attention it needs. Management should have asked the ASX for a pause in trade by now to come clean and explain. God help them if a negative ANN comes in the next few days while the SP has been pummelled.
6. I am invested, and I am a holder, but the time has come for a change. And it starts at the top. The Chair needs to take responsibility NOW and find a replacement and one that can steer this company and the management team. The ANNs, the CR, the SP.....if this was a larger ASX company, heads would have rolled by now. RDN is trying to fly under the radar but it's time. Time to call this out.
7. An extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) should be held, and all management and board positions need to be put to a vote.
IMO, DYOR, etc, etc but this cannot continue.
