I certainly agree that changes are required. I got called a fruit loop, retard, plus more from absolute stooges on these boards, for daring to suggest that management performance rights be voted down. I would think that its going to be easier to support a new board member joining rather than removing the current chair.
Need to start with someone who is willing to go on the board, is a total ball buster, knows the mining industry and capital markets and lives here in Australia. Start from there then seek to remove /vote down re-election when it comes up and replace with better. Someone who will give confidence to the market.
Not sure such a person even exists however the current team have done a piss poor job and the market has no confidence in them, so anyone half decent would be a major improvement.
