You have to make hay when the sun is shining.
Or my favourite: Have a good answer ready when the winter asks you what you did in the summer.
Having an asset to sell if needed can not be such a bad thing.
If the Private Sector could not be bothered with "mindless expansion" of the broadband, instead of being content with making bigger and bigger profits by signing more and customers, congesting the copper and wireless networks and completely ignoring people in the bush, I am glad that the Public Sector had a bit of the foresight and stepped into the void.
