in terms of S/H concentration, how realistic is it that we reach this 50% votes mark to block the restructure? I note that there was another change in S/H notification posted and it seems Marathon Assets has taken a greater holding.

Also, if it does get blocked, what are the ramifications in terms of CNP & then CER?
