Cairns and his cronies have syphoned this company nearly dry. I for one cannot see how the company will survive. He has conned us all with the promise of the porphyry being there ( yeah right ) and his steering the company into ongoing lower and lower CR's and still taking big pay packets for his close friends has become disgraceful. He needs to go, he has spent valuable required funds on lavish trips and accommodation at conferences for him and his partner where absolutely nothing was gained except them living the high life on us SH's. There will be more costly mistakes and crazy spending which will come out down the track, this I am sure. He hangs his reputation on a successful deal he made many years ago and wants us all to believe that it was him that did it on his own and for us to simply follow him no questions asked. He needs to go SH's and ASAP. How do we go about this?, enough is enough he is not the person to steer us into the future and his arrogant silence proves this.
