Was he? I am sure that is when he started going on about the supposed porphyry ? where is it? Why doesn't he talk about it now ? Does he still employ or contract porphyry "experts" Anyway the garbage he spruked to us all about it got him and his cronies another 12 months salaries and bonuses and he and his team went on great business class trips to conventions that have done nothing for SH value whatsoever. The land sale now his next in his long line of absolute jokes, why did he buy it and for so much only to now want to sell it and so quickly? If he sells the land for anywhere close to what he paid for SVY SH's will have done well. I reckon he will be lucky to only lose us $1 million on the deal so let's see. If he in fact loses at all in a market where properties are booming he should step aside, if he had any moral compass that is , but he won't. He will do another raise at a massive discount to his previous one and continue to try and tell us all it is market conditions and not him. What a bloody joke this guy C Cairns is.
