It is more fundamental for TZN that just trying to work with the Algerian Govt. With TZN having a market cap of $12.1m, their ability to finance any capex is severly limited, let alone a new mine in a foreign country.
If they can sell TH and strengthen their bal sheet and use the cash to reinvest in the current operations, they may be OK, otherwise, they will become another KZL.
