    Sounds great cikku. As a loyal VIL shareholder I will chip in an old button and some pocket fluff. Alternately, VIL can try and find a farm-in partner to pay for 100% of their drilling costs. Nothing in its spectacularly unsuccessful history suggests VIL can negotiate a deal like that.
