I have held as part of IPO, then bought at 11c and then in the rights issue so I feel just as much as you.  I honestly do feel the company is heading in the right direction but like you I could have not written it better in that:
"the way the press releases were managed prior to right issue.  All looked wonderful.  What happens after rights issue?  Next to nothing"

You have stated it perfectly.  That was obviously just to get people on board for the rights issue ... very interested to see the next quarterly.
