I think simple performance targets are the key.
The milestones can ramble as much as it likes, but as shareholders, if the milestone DOES NOT have a, "AND the share price is above 0.10c or 0.15c or 0.30c", at the end, VOTE IT DOWN.
Sure have your cake and it eat, as long as we all get a piece of the Pie/Cake with actual share price improvements.
