3% of the royalty, being conservative for a Powered Device of substantial front end cost to the consumer, is a $2.79USD lick for OBJ per kit sold. Lets knock this down further again for the sake of conservatism, and call is $2.50USD, giving us the $3.13AUD figure above.

These workings are 45% of the retail amount, leaving 55% for the shop front .

[This to me is me is very conservative, as personally, I do not see PG making less that the retailer, happy to hear otherwise]

If we make $15M per annum off a singluar SK-II Magnetic Booster for a couple of years ($30M collectively), I call it a job well done. Add Wave I, the new Olay Magnetic Infuser, and then Personalisation when its launched (Multiple products also) , Bodyguard suite of products with the likes of Pfizer being announced as the international distributor, with Surface taken up by the likes Unilver whenever it comes out - $40M+ per annum income within 3 years is highly likely, in my opinion only.

For what it's worth, Sk-II's Facial Treatment Essense sells one bottle ($260AUD) approximately every 22 seconds...

If SK-II can get our little Wave I Wand to the #4 Top Sellers list in China, I don't see any issues with the new Magnetic Booster gaining similar stats...

My calculations are looking at circa $1.50AUD for SKII and $0.30AUD for Olay based on royalty rate of 2% and I thought that wasn't overly conservative.
